These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
MDTi will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch all goods to customers once receiving their order. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days via first class post subject to availability.
If orders are placed after 4.30pm on Friday we will process and despatch the order on Monday. This applies for; online, telephone, fax and postal orders.
If for any reason goods need to be returned, please contact MDTi, Customer Services on +44 (0)1902 778 380 within 7 days. Our phone lines are opened from 09:00 - 17:00 GMT Monday - Friday. Our Customer Service team will explain to you how to return the goods to MDTi. All returned goods should be in saleable condition in the original packaging. Goods cannot be returned without notifying MDTi first.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order they must do so by first by either telephone or e-mail to advise this on +44 (0)1902 778 380 or firstname.lastname@example.org
If the goods have been dispatched, the customer must return the goods in original packaging and in saleable condition within seven days with proof of purchase.
All brand names, product and service names and titles and copyrights used on and in this website are trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of MDTi. No permission is given by MDTi for their use by any person other than the said holders and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.
All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this Website are the copyright of MDTi or its content providers. Permission is granted to users to electronically copy or print portions of this site for their own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without MDTi's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
MDTi has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet. This means that when you order products from the online shop, colours may differ from what you see on the screen.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the paragraph above MDTi will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent on negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the terms and conditions for any:
- economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, data, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or
- loss of goodwill or reputation; or
- special or indirect losses
- suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these terms and conditions.
Notwithstanding the above, subject to MDTi's aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for loss or damage shall in any event be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the product(s) in respect of one incident or series of incidents attributable to the same clause.
The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your online order form.
Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns Policy).
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. MDTi shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Any risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
PRODUCT AND PRICING
All sizes are approximate. Products are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
Errors and omissions accepted. Prices are correct at time of submission to the website and are currently identified on the MDTi Website and may be subject to change.
When a product is marked available on prescription, ask your GP for a prescription and take the prescription to your local pharmacy to obtain the product. Alternatively, you can buy it from MDTi without a prescription. Please do not send us your prescriptions, as we are unable to process them
Payment for goods can be made by Credit and Debit Cards. We accept Visa / Debit, Delta, Switch, Maestro, American Express and Mastercard.
Cheque and Postal Orders must be made payable to Medical Devices Technology International Ltd (MDTi). Payment for goods online can not be accepted by cheque or postal order. Online payments can only be accepted by Credit and Debit cards.
Vat is automatically applied to the item and carriage.
If non-consumers are exempt, then a notification must be faxed through to the office on +44 (0)1902 421 360 and duly signed.

You can order by calling +44(0) 1902 778 380. Our lines are opened from 9am to 5.00pm GMT Monday to Friday. If orders are received by phone after 4.30pm on Friday this will not be processed and despatch to you until the proceeding Monday.
Orders accepted over the phone can be paid for by Credit / Debit Cards / American Express.

You can order by Post using the ordering form provided online. You can pay by Credit / Debit card or Cheque / Postal Order (made payable to MDTI Company Ltd).
When filling out the order form online, and wishing to send a cheque or postal order, please note that only once the cheque is cleared will the goods be despatched. Please ensure your cheque or postal order number is indicated on the online form in order that it is identified to await receipt of cheque/postal order.
All relevant sections of the order form will need to be completed along with a contact telephone number.
