Swindon Therapy MS and Neuro Therapy Centre
Michele Taylor, Clinical Lead Manager recently visited the inspiring Swindon Therapy Centre to make a donation of 10 Ortho-Glide. Michele was invited by physiotherapists Carol and Sarah to attend the Walking for Wellness class where the Ortho-Glide were used to do some of the seated exercises. The class consisting of inspiring men and women with multiple sclerosis or suffering stroke were able to use the Ortho-Glide easily to extend the range of their movement. Those that had difficulty moving their legs and feet were able to use the Ortho-Glide with the help of a carer.
It was good to see the exteneded use of the Ortho-Glide which is typically used for lower limb rehabiliation after total knee replacement.
