Invented by Wolverhampton PCT, the Hoo-kOn is a portable lightweight IV drip stand that enables bags of intravenous drugs or fluids and monitoring equipment to be securely attached so that nursing staff can safely administer treatment to patients within their own homes and throughout the community, as well as within emergency preparedness planning.
It is easily stored within its own holdall, is easy to clean and very quick and simple to assemble. It carries no infection control issue.
